Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation’s primary purpose is to raise funds and awareness to improve the health of our community through donations to Eagle Ridge Hospital (ERH). Our role at the Foundation is to ensure ERH continues to provide legendary patient-centred care, in the right space, with the right equipment, technology and programs for our community. Over $33 million has been raised to support the needs of ERH. Through our relationship with donors, community partners, sponsors and volunteers, we are able to purchase on average 60% of the new hospital medical equipment and technology needed to grow with our community.

Please note the signature Ugly Christmas Sweater Dash toque is not included in kids entries, if you would like purchase a toque for your child they can be added to kids entry for only $15, or a total of $20.

Can I bring my stroller?

Absolutely! Bring the stroller and the littlies too. Pushing 40lbs in wool, Sir, we salute you.

Can I bring my pet?

Port Moody - For sure, we welcome all our furry friends! Bonus points for holiday costumes!

West Vancouver - Unfortunately due to city bylaws dogs are not permitted on the course, but are welcome to join in on the fun at the Finisher's Festival.

Can my friends and family join after the event?

Yes, the Finisher’s Festival is open to everyone.

What is the dashing, walking, running, strolling etiquette?

To keep the Dash as smooth for everyone as possible we ask that runners keep left and walkers keep right. The usual good manners regarding vehicle traffic and non-participating pedestrians applies as well. If you’re participating as part of at team, you may run en masse as a group or separately - whatever works best for your group. Friends and family are welcome to cheer you on along the route.

Can I get a refund or transfer it to another…

Unfortunately there is a NO refund or transfer of registration policy.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

At both events parking is limited so we suggest taking transit or carpooling wherever possible.

Port Moody - Moody Centre Station is just a 5 - 10 minute walk to Parkside Brewery and the Start of the Dash. There is some limited parking nearby but if you’re planning on driving on be sure to arrive early to allow time to find parking.

West Vancouver - There are several major bus routes which run along Marine Drive and stop at Ambleside Park and the Start is just a short 5 minute walk away. The park and surrounding residential streets have limited parking available so if you’d like to drive please be sure to arrive early to allow time to find parking.

Where do I attach my dash bib?

Please attach your bib number on the front of your sweater so it is clearly visible.
